Through this course you will learn about the main usual stressors as well as the hidden modern ones.
This course is going to walk you through how to analyse and see any hidden stressors
it will teach about the main ones (the most common ones) and how to analyse them your day to day activities
it will then walk you through how to solve and deal with stressors and stressful events in a way that can largely help your reduce your mental pressure and make you more calm and open.
This course is done based on my personal experience , but I still checked every advice and can provide medical and scientific research to support it
