ABOUT ME

I’m not a professional therapist. I’m just someone that has been though a lot after 46 years of life. I started meditating when I was in my early 20’s. I was never consistent because I didn’t trust myself. Also, because I believed I will never be consistent, I was indeed never consistent. lol

Later in life, I stepped out of lack of trust slowly. I wanted to learn how to love myself and it has taken forever to get there.

I’m sharing with you some of my downfalls and my wins. No matter how dark your life was, you get to win and that’s something no one really shares. It might not be easy but it will be worth it no matter how long it takes.
